Kevin is a commercial broker in Denver and also invests out of state in Indianapolis after buying his first house hack several years ago. He has some great wisdom to share about how he has been able to buy his properties, what to look for when investing out of state and how he is recycling initial cash to continue building his portfolio. We also talk about how he chose his market and what types of metrics were important in that decision.
