Ben decided he needed to be a real estate investor at 18 years old when he made the decision that he needed to be successful and saw real estate as the best way to do that. He started with a complete rehab of a 4 unit building and has continued to build a portfolio that allowed him to quit his full time job. Ben shares some interesting ways he has been able to maximize cashflow on these homes, including lease options, buying single family homes and buying with all cash.
